Started in Winter 2011, Jacobin is described by editor Peter Frase as a ‘leftist critique of liberalism’. It’s about time. Although I enjoy Krugman, Dean Baker, and Joseph Stiglitz, whenever I read them I find myself wanting for a perspective that is more critical of capitalism and its function and tension with democracy. I find that stuff fascinating. So have a look, and tell me what you think. Sometimes I’m not in the mood for long, wonky type essays, but I think they do a great job.
Also, Corey Robin is on the editorial board. Much love.
